Rosie plays a pivotal role in leading The Brook towards its mission of providing hope and support to those in need.
Married to Stan for over 20 years and a proud mother of five children, Rosie's journey with The Brook began in 2007 when she and her husband received a vision from the Lord to establish a drug and alcohol center. Through prayer and reflection on God's Word, the name for the center was revealed to them. Inspired by the story of Elijah at the brook in 1 Kings 17:2-6, Rosie envisioned The Brook as a place where individuals could find hope and love.
At The Brook, Rosie and her team instill the belief that through the power of the Word of God, minds can be renewed, and lives can be transformed. With a strong foundation of faith and a commitment to fostering a supportive and nurturing environment, Rosie leads with compassion and dedication, ensuring that The Brook remains a beacon of hope and healing for all who seek its services.

Sean serves as a Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) and Receptionist for The Brook Wellness Center at the Forsyth, MO, location. Passionate about growth and service, he is eager to learn and expand his role to better support his community.
Sean’s journey of recovery began in Eldon, MO, after being released from jail. He found hope and healing through a sober living program in Branson, MO, where he embraced the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous and the unwavering support of those around him. His dedication led him to become a house manager, teach classes, and mentor others on their own paths to recovery.
Beyond his professional role, Sean is a devoted father to three children—a baby boy and two wonderful daughters—and a loving fiancé. He draws strength from his faith and testimony, using his experiences to share the gospel and bring hope to those who have faced similar struggles. His mission is to offer others the same opportunity for a renewed life that he was given—transforming from a place of hardship to one of joy, fulfillment, and purpose.
Favorite Scripture: "When I was a child, I spoke like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I gave up childish ways. For now, we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I have been fully known. So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love." – 1 Corinthians 13:11-13

Her greatest accomplishment is being mom to four incredible children. Two of her children are in college, and her younger two are in high school. Her house is always full of activity, milestones, and plenty of laughter. Her family is at the center of everything she does; being a mom has taught her patience, compassion, resilience, and the importance of truly listening to others.
Her faith is also a strong foundation for her family; it plays a significant role in how she approaches life, relationships, and serving others. It has taught her the importance of leading with kindness, extending grace, and loving people where they are. She believes that everyone has a story, and sometimes all someone needs is a safe place to be heard. That belief is what drew her to The Brook because we are a mission of supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges.
Professionally, she has had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles, including marketing, operations, property management, human resources, and community leadership. She enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping people feel welcomed and supported. She is also currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Business Management because she loves learning, growing as a leader, and continuing to expand her knowledge and skills.
When she is not at work or studying, you’ll usually find her spending time with her family, enjoying a day on
Table Rock Lake, attending church, or cheering on her kids as they chase their own dreams. She loves meeting new people, making genuine connections, and finding ways to give back to her community.
